Beautiful layout with thoughtful and relevant study notes to reflect on. The pages are good quality so you aren’t distracted by seeing the next page’s words under what you are reading. By far the best and most beautiful Bible I’ve owned.
I wish I would have taken a picture of this bible! It was truly stunning and beautiful!I purchased this for a friend of mine whom I happened to get for Secret Santa. We play Roller Derby together! Her name is Wreckin' Ball Rosie and so I really wanted to create a Roses themed gift for her that was also personal to her.I was originally looking for an NLT version of the bible though I do like the NIV as well. When I stumbled across this, I thought it must be meant for her! Surely, she loved it.Anyways!! The cover is clean and a sturdy hardback, with a beautiful deep blue navy colored cloth cover. The roses and the gold detailing seem to pop out so well against the blue! Personally I am a black and not navy person. HOWEVER, the navy truly looks a lot more beautiful with the roses.Red text is great and I felt as though the print was not too small, it was comfortable for my -3.75 eyes to be able to read. The actual roses printed on the pages are also gorgeous!! And the pages are thin but not the type of thin that makes you scared you are going to rip them. Though, I would recommend a gel highlighter if one were to want to highlight something just to avoid the chance of bleeding through.I was so tempted to keep this for myself! Who knows, I may order one for myself in the future.
This bible was so beautiful, it was a great price for the quality as well. It seemed like I had gotten it for a steal, other bibles this nice can be up to 70 dollars !The bible is a great size for most smaller purses , it has consistent color and bible quotes inside the bible as well.The writing/journaling prompts were a surprise to me but are amazing with over 100 of them. The lines on the sides of the passages are great for writing notes and but seem to be too thin to use a dark pen. I have yet to highlight but I think the pages are thin enough for a highlighter to show up on other pages. It might not be the best bible for people who like to draw or write with dark pens. The bible also lays flat and doesn't close when you are not holding the sides.Great product and excellent shipping time!
I received this Bible a few days ago and just love it. It is beautiful and has about 500 journaling prompts that get me reading, thinking, and learning. The pages are thick and the font is a nice size and easy to read. The only thing that could make it better was if it were a Catholic Bible with the 7 extra books included. I still give it 5 stars because I knew it did not have the extra books when I ordered it. A lovely Bible all around!
Beautifully outside cloth cover with raised, textured flower emblem. Lovely page lay out, easy to read font, lots of lines on the margin for note taking. It's has some weight so holding it up may be difficult but you will not be disappointed with this buy.
This is a great quality journal and book. I've gotten a lot of compliments on how beautiful it is. The prompts are more comprehension related than deep questions about you applying the verses to your own life.
This bible is well made. The cover is sturdy and it lays flat. The print is easy to read and if you are just starting out on a biblical study (cover to cover) then this is a good start.
